CX5250GFB ANTI-RIOT WATER CANNON VEHICLE TECHNICAL SCHEME

1 Overview 
It is adapted on the Mercedes-Benz  Actros 3341 type II chassis. It has perfect long-distance riot control function and complete self-protection system which make it the first choice for dispersing rioters without causing permanent bodily harm.
2 Main configuration and function
2.1Chassis:Double-row cab, seating capacity are 2+3, escape skylight on vehicle roof,four doors, 11 units  tires(1 spare tire)
2.2 water tank:14,000 L;Foam tank, Dye tank and Pepper water tank:each tank 100 L;
2.3Cannon:Two electric straight stream anti-riot water cannons, max. reach is 70m, deterrent reach is 40m; It can dispel long-distance rioters.
2.4 PLC Display Screen System: The electric screen is installed on the control panel,The control system is mounted in the electric control box in pumping room.
2.5 Filling port:Two DN65 filling port is at both side of the vehicle;
2.6 Spraying system:It can prevent the rioters approaching.
2.7 Self-extinguishing system: Both the roof and bottom equipped the self-extinguishing system, protect the vehicle from fire.
2.8 Hydraulic shovel: C type shovel, double hydraulic cylinders drive, can remove loosely barricades.
2.9 Military gas mask 5 sets.
2.10 Centralized control system:All equipments are controlled and operated in the cab.
2.11 Video Rearview system:Back guide screen is loaded.
2.12 Alarm lamp and siren:Cylindrical red and blue flash warning lamps are installed on the front and rear top of the vehicle with 300W siren.
2.13 Broadcast publicity system:It is composed of CD player and control system. Power amplifier, speaker and microphone are shared with warning system.
2.14 Image monitoring system:Video camera is on the emplacements of the water cannons. Reversible LCD is inside cab to facilitate operation and on-site supervision. Hard-disk recorder stores images.
2.15 Lighting protection:Strengthened stainless steel protective net is for the lights.
2.16 Cabin glass protection:The hydraulic tilting protective net is installed on the windscreen, controlled in the cab;Side Windows are fitted able-dismantled nets.
2.17 Additional Headlight: Install the headlight on the face of the vehicle, for night driving.

5.1 Chassis: Use fire truck special chassis, the weight of chassis is 9.045 ton. Max. total mass is 27 .4ton, loading capacity is strong and could carry 14 ton water.

6 Water system:

Water cannon have the function of continuous and fire water function .Through the launch of dye or pepper water solution can mark or disperse the long-ranged crowd. Its performance is in the international leading level of the same industry.
The emplacement of cannon had installed lamp for night to achieve striking riots target precisely.
6.2 Pump: Use domestic high quality, big flow centrifugal pump. The shell is high-strength aluminum alloy. The pump has high revolving speed, high efficiency and lightweight features.
Model: CB18/50, through severe test, ensure the performance of cannon; speed ratio is 40/21.
The water system is driven by PTO, the pump could suck water from natural water source.
6.3Water tank: use the high quality steel board, anti ponding and anti transformation.
There will be anti-swing board in tank, prevent water swaying.
One φ450mm manhole on the tank, for inspection and maintenance.
The overflow and exhaust ports are installed on the tank.
Electric floodometer.
The inlet valve and drain valve with strainer will be installed.
The way of filling type: Two filling ports are installed at each side of vehicle, connected with fire hydrant and can fill the water tank in a short period of time.
6.4 Electro-magnetic induction content gauge: developed by Haomiao Company, made of high chromium stainless steel. Compared with the common liquid level gauge used by general industry, our product has the corrosion resistance,  high precision, quick response and good reliability.
6.5 Valve: It adopts the strengthening industrial valves and sealing reinforcing device and valve position sensor. Sealing reinforcing device added to overcome using life problem when the dynamic high pressure and large flow be used .All the valves tested strictly, could use more than 20,000 times.
6.6  Proportioner: The cannon could shoot stably through this device setting of mixture ratio of the dye, pepper water and foam.
6.7  Assist valve: Use high quality brass or stainless steel, good anti-corrosion and open/close flexible.
6.8  Pipeline: All the pipeline had been special treated, good anti-corrosion.
6.9 Additive tank: There will be 3 stainless steel tanks for dye, pepper water and Class B foam. And the pepper tank have the automatic sealing switch to ensure that the mixture does not valatilize.

6.10 Around spraying protection system: Around the vehicle, there will be 10 nozzles for spraying water and pepper water. 

6.11 Self-extinguishing system: roof and bottom will set 12 nozzles for spraying water and foam to put out fire. All the tires, fuel tank and battery also set spraying device.
7 Anti-rot equipment
7.1 Shovel: C type shovel, double hydraulic cylinders drive, can remove 3 ton loosely barricades.
The controller is installed in the cab, operate by driver.
7.2 Glass and lamp protection net: All the glass, lamps would use steel protection net. The net is high strength, shock resistance, anti transformation.
The front windshield net is whole tilting type, could lift up and down, fix position.
The front windshield net could fix any position, won't move during driving.

8 Control System:
8.1Cannon control panel
The panel is installed before vice-driver.
PLC Control System: PLC Display screen is setted on the panel,  which can accurately display the working condition of the water system.
There will be water pressure gauge and liquid level display on the LCD.
8.2 Centralized control system:All equipments are controlled and operated in the cab. Easily operate and convenient.
Control system use modular construction design, convenient to repair.
All the fluid of tanks will show on the LCD. When the water level of the water tank or various liquid tank liquid level is lower than a alert position system,the system will emits a red alarm, and in LCD screen shows a specific alarm liquid tank.

9.5Additional Headlight:The additional headlight are installed on the face of the vehicle, which controlled sharing with the chassis headlight. Eliminate the night driving dead zone of shovel blocking. Improve the safety for night driving.
