Soft panel is able to reach the IIIA level of the US NIJ standard. This level is only for pistol shells, that is, it can only defend against .44 Magnum JHP and 9mm Para FMJ.
Soft panel usually add a buffer layer behind the bulletproof fiber layer. The buffer layer is made of pearl cotton or other materials with low density, high flexibility, high strength and high toughness. And if you want us to make the same sample as you required , which you may need to send us the original sample and the sampling charge, when you place a order of bulk production , we will refund this charge to you.

Q3:Do need to apply Permit to export Military, police and tactical items from China?
